Agreement to Terms

By registering for or attending the Digital Procurement Africa Summit 2026 ("the Summit"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not register for or attend the Summit.

Event Registration

Registration Process

Registration for the Summit is subject to the following conditions:

• All registration forms must be completed accurately and truthfully
• Registration is subject to approval by the Summit organizers
• Confirmation of registration will be sent via email
• Registration fees, if applicable, must be paid in full before attendance

Eligibility

The Summit is designed for:

• C-Suite executives (CFOs, CPOs, CEOs, CIOs)
• Senior decision-makers in procurement and finance
• Professionals from target industries (Oil & Gas, FMCG, Manufacturing, Construction)
• Participants must be 18 years of age or older

Payment and Cancellation

Registration Fees

Registration fees, if applicable, include:

• Access to all summit sessions and materials
• Networking events and refreshments
• Certificate of attendance
• Excludes accommodation and travel expenses

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made in writing and are subject to:

• Full refund if cancelled 30+ days before the event
• 50% refund if cancelled 15-29 days before the event
• No refund if cancelled less than 15 days before the event
• Substitutions may be made at no additional cost

Code of Conduct

All attendees are expected to:

• Treat all participants with respect and professionalism
• Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior
• Comply with all venue rules and regulations
• Respect intellectual property rights of speakers and sponsors
• Maintain confidentiality of non-public information shared during sessions

Intellectual Property

All summit content, including presentations, materials, and recordings, is the intellectual property of the speakers or the Summit organizers. Unauthorized recording, photography, or distribution of summit content is prohibited without prior written consent.

Limitation of Liability

The Summit organizers shall not be liable for:

• Any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property
• Travel delays, cancellations, or disruptions
• Technical difficulties affecting presentations or sessions
• Acts of God, war, terrorism, or other force majeure events

Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information about how we collect, use, and protect your personal data.

Photography and Recording

By attending the Summit, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These materials may be used by the Summit organizers for promotional purposes, including but not limited to websites, social media, and marketing materials.

Changes to the Event

The Summit organizers reserve the right to:

• Modify the event schedule, speakers, or content
• Change the venue or date if necessary
• Cancel the event due to unforeseen circumstances
• In case of cancellation, provide full refunds of registration fees

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos, Nigeria.
